Narranj LLC · New Jersey

Autonomy for the region that feeds, heals, ships — and lives.

We are a consulting and execution practice. We deploy robotics and AI where New Jersey and Greater New York actually run — food, medical, warehouses, smart cities, and homes that can look after themselves.

This corridor moves medicine, meals, and freight at a density few places match: the pharma belt, hospital systems, cold storage, Port Newark–Elizabeth, last-mile houses from the Meadowlands to Long Island, and the apartments and towns in between. Narranj puts autonomy on those floors, streets, and kitchens — not as a demo, as operations.

Practice

Where this region needs us

  1. 01

    Food & cold chain

Inspection, packing, and handling in plants and refrigerated warehouses. Vision, picking, and closed-loop quality so produce, protein, and prepared food move faster without losing the chain of temperature or traceability.

  2. 02

    Medical & life sciences

Lab automation and AI for discovery on the New Jersey pharma corridor — and hospital logistics in New York: pharmacy, sterile processing, specimen movement, and the robots that keep clinical work on time.

  3. 03

    Warehouses

AMRs, goods-to-person, and yard sensing for fulfillment and 3PL sites across North Jersey and the outer boroughs. Throughput, labor, and safety in buildings that never really go dark.

  4. 04

    Ports, yards & last mile

Autonomy at the waterfront and the last mile: container yards, cross-docks, and urban delivery. Perception and decision systems that make dense freight safer and more efficient.

  5. 05

    Smart cities

Sensing and decision loops for streets, blocks, and municipal operations — traffic, lighting, waste, and public space — so New Jersey towns and New York boroughs can run with fewer surprises and more awareness.

  6. 06

    Autonomous homes

Home automation that is more than a switch: robots, energy, security, and care in the apartment or the house, coordinated so the dwelling can act when no one is watching — safely, locally, and on the resident’s terms.

Approach

Advise, then execute.

Strategy without deployment is a report. Deployment without judgment is a demo. Narranj holds both: we frame the operational constraint, design the autonomy stack, and stay through the first closed loops on a New Jersey or New York floor — a plant, a dock, a street, or a home.

  1. Frame

Name the shift, the SKU, the dock, the block, or the household — and what a successful loop looks like.

  2. Design

Architecture for models, robots, sensing, and data — including how they fail safely next to people.

  3. Deploy

Stand up the system in the plant, warehouse, street, or home, and iterate until it is producing work.

Embodied AI earns its keep when it observes as well as acts. Arms, AMRs, yard vehicles, and household systems can become continuous instruments — filling the detail that a WMS, an EHR, or a thermostat cannot see. We treat that fusion, and the duty of putting robots beside food, patients, freight, and families, as part of the work rather than an afterthought.
